At Cinemark Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed RMA form inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
